Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the approximate content of original juice in fruit and vegetable juice beverages using the three-parameter cut-off method. This standard is applicable to the determination of raw juice content in citrus, hawthorn, peach, strawberry, tomato and other fruit and vegetable juices and fruit and vegetable juice drinks. The minimum detectable concentration of the method is 1% original juice.
