Scope

Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard is proposed by Hengshui Municipal Technical Supervision Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Hengshui Tiaocheng District Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, Hengshui City Health and Epidemic Prevention Station. The main drafters of this standard: Guo Baoquan, Zhang Yongshun, Ma Junzhi, Li Zhihong, Han Guanghao. This standard specifies the method for determining the raw milk content in fresh milk using the four-parameter judgment method. This standard applies to fresh milk and milk-containing beverages with a mass fraction of raw milk not less than 10%.
