- This standard is based on improving the service quality of the car wash industry, standardizing service behavior, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers, and puts forward specific requirements that the service quality of the car wash industry should meet. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was drafted by: Baoding Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Hebei Institute of Standardization. The main drafters of this standard: Yuan Jianguo, Chen Shihong, Wu Peng, Xie Lei, Lu Yue, Zhang Ling, Qin Lianhe. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, infrastructure, business management, operating procedures, car wash quality requirements and comprehensive evaluation of the car wash industry. This standard applies to units with legal qualifications that engage in car wash services (hereinafter referred to as "car wash shops").
