Articles 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6 of this standard are mandatory, and the rest are recommended. This standard was proposed by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was drafted by: Baoding Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Baoding Quality and Technical Supervision Association. The main drafters of this standard: Yuan Jianguo, Li Shengying, and Xue Xinshe. This standard specifies the terms and definitions of service quality specifications in the bathing industry, bathing places, service facilities, operation and management, personnel requirements, service specifications and others. This standard applies to the operation and management of the bathing industry in the administrative region of Hebei Province.
