Scope: This standard revised the original standard DB13/T 84.1~7-1991 based on GB/1. 1-1993. This standard revised the seven standards of the original DB13/T 84.1~7 "Ecological and Economic Ditch Construction Standard" into DB13/T 84-1999 "Ecological and Economic Ditch Construction" standard. This standard was proposed by Xingtai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard is revised by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Xingtai City and Xingtai County. The original drafters of this standard: Li Gengchun, Liu Fengshan, Li Huatang, Song Shuping. The main drafters of this standard: Li Yuzhi, Song Shuping, Li Zhencai, Cheng Limin. This standard stipulates the definition of ecological and economic ditch, construction site conditions, engineering measures, design requirements, biological measures, acceptance and management. This standard applies to the construction of ecological and economic ditches in mountainous areas.
