- This standard is formulated to standardize the service behavior of pest control service agencies, improve service quality, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers. Appendix A and Appendix B in this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Health. This standard was approved by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The main drafters of the standard: Huang Gang, Zhao Yong, Zhang Guoli, Qi Hai, Zhu Huibin, Cao Jiping, Yang Yi. This standard specifies the basic conditions for pest control service agencies, control drugs, control equipment, control processes and control effects. This standard applies to all types of pest control service agencies (hereinafter referred to as "service agencies") within the administrative region of Hebei Province.
