Scope
7.1 of this standard is a mandatory provision, and the rest are recommended provisions. This standard is formulated with reference to relevant national standards, industry standards and the actual situation of the laundry industry in Hebei Province. This standard is based on improving the service quality of the laundry industry, standardizing service behavior, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers, and puts forward specific requirements that the service quality of the laundry industry should meet. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was approved by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was drafted by: Baoding Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The main drafters of this standard: Yuan Jianguo, Zhang Yan, Luo Qiang, Zhao Jianjun, Li Shengying. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, infrastructure, operating procedures, laundry quality and comprehensive evaluation of the laundry industry. This standard applies to units engaged in the laundry industry within the administrative region of Hebei Province (hereinafter referred to as "laundries").
