- The rational use of pesticides is an important measure to protect the agricultural ecological environment and achieve pollution-free production of vegetables. In order to improve the technical level of pollution-free vegetable production and effectively guide farmers in the scientific use of pesticides, this standard is specially formulated. This regulation is based on the current national standards and relevant regulations. On the premise of ensuring compliance with the quality requirements of pollution-free vegetables, this regulation stipulates the types of pesticides that are allowed to be applied, principles of use, etc. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. The main drafting unit of this standard: Hebei Provincial Plant Protection General Station. The main drafter of this standard: Li Xiuqin, Wei Ruimin, Zhang Shumin, Yang Dianxian. This standard is interpreted by Hebei Provincial Plant Protection General Station. This standard will be implemented from August 25, 2001. This standard specifies the types and principles of pesticide use in the production of pollution-free vegetables. This standard applies to pollution-free production of vegetables in protected areas and open fields in Hebei Province
