Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bread preservation improvers. This standard applies to bread preservation improvers prepared and processed with emulsifiers (preservation agents), quality improvers and yeast nutrients as main ingredients (hereinafter referred to as preservation improvers).
