Scope
This standard specifies the emission control requirements for air pollutants from stationary pollution sources in this city. This standard applies to the air pollutant emission control of existing fixed pollution sources, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion air pollutant emission control of new, renovation and expansion projects. This standard does not apply to air pollutant emission control from boilers, oil storage depots, oil tankers, gas stations, metallurgy, building materials industries and other industrial furnaces, oil refining and petrochemical industries, catering industry fumes, domestic garbage and hazardous waste incineration. The aforementioned fixed pollution sources shall comply with the corresponding air pollutant emission standards of this city or the country.
