- This standard specifies the sampling and sample preparation, appearance, diameter, mass (weight), buoyancy test and floatation rate calculation, impact resistance, working pressure, crushing pressure and other inspection test methods of hard spherical plastic floats, as well as the floatation rate calculation. This standard is applicable to the inspection and testing of the physical and mechanical properties of hard spherical plastic floats for fishing. Inspection tests for rigid plastic floats of other uses and shapes can also be used as a reference.
