Scope
This standard specifies methods for the separation and detection of is flavone compounds in soybeans using high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of is flavones (didzein, daidzein and genis in) content in soybean grains. The lowest detection limit of individual is flavone compounds is 20 mg/kg.
