Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the grain size and microscopic strain of nanomaterials by using the X-ray diffraction line broadening method. The calculation method used in this standard is the approximate function method. This standard is applicable to the determination of nanomaterials whose grain size is generally not greater than 100 nm and whose microscopic strain is generally not greater than 0.1%.
