- This part of GB/T 23480 refers to the geometric accuracy inspection, numerical control axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of general-purpose, conventional-precision small hole high-speed EDM machine tools specified in GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000 Inspection and processing inspection. This section also specifies the tolerance values corresponding to the above inspections. This part applies to high-speed electric discharge small hole machining machine tools (hereinafter referred to as "machine tools"). This part only involves the inspection of machine tool accuracy, and is not suitable for machine tool operation tests (vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of parts, etc.) or its parameters (such as Speed, feed rate, etc.), these inspections should usually be carried out before the accuracy inspection. This part also specifies the terms used for the main components of machine tools and names the coordinate axes with reference to GB/T 19660-2005.
