- This standard specifies the quality measurement process, the determination of the mass value of test objects and the establishment of measurement assurance schemes in military nuclear material accounting. This standard applies to: a) selection of weighing instruments and quality standards. b) evaluate the performance of the mass measurement process, including estimating the magnitude of random error, systematic error, and error limits; c) determine the mass value of the test object; d) use the replica mass standard (RMS), establish and maintain a Programs for control and inter-facility quality measurement.
