Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the quality assurance of the design, procurement, manufacture, loading and unloading, transportation, storage, inspection, testing, operation, maintenance and improvement of radioactive material transport packaging. This standard applies to all activities related to the quality of transport packaging for radioactive materials.
