Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and purchase order (or contract) content of high-purity indium oxide. This standard is applicable to high-purity indium oxide obtained by purifying, neutralizing, precipitating and roasting metal indium as raw material. The products are mainly used to prepare alkaline batteries, ITO and electronic component materials, etc. Molecular formula: InO Relative molecular mass: 277.63 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 2007)
