- This standard stipulates the technical requirements, resource quantity requirements, optimal allocation and guiding principles of rational planning requirements for various coal chemical technologies and raw coal used in projects. This standard applies to coal chemical technology and coal chemical engineering projects such as coal coking, coal gasification, coal liquefaction, etc., that produce solid products, liquid products, gas products and other chemical products through chemical transformation of coal.
