Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions and parameters of LI (semicircular shackle type), LⅢ (circular shackle torsion center type) and LVI (round shackle compression center type) most commonly used in ordinary cylindrical helical tension spring structures. This standard is applicable to circular cross-section cylindrical helical tension springs (hereinafter referred to as springs) with static loads and dynamic loads with a cycle number of N≤10⁵, and with initial tension. The diameter of the spring material is 0.5mm~8.0mm.
