Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system of food production enterprises to enable them to provide safe food that complies with laws, regulations and customer requirements. This standard is applicable to the establishment, implementation and evaluation of HACCP systems in food production (including catering) enterprises, including the procurement, processing, packaging, storage, and shipment of raw and auxiliary materials and food packaging materials.
