Scope
This standard applies to the cleaning and disinfection of the surfaces of rooms, fixtures, equipment and de- vices in operational facilities of the food sector and is intended to provide assistance in choosing and carrying out suitable cleaning and disinfection measures. It provides a guideline for the planning and implementation of cleaning and disinfection measures during production, handling and placing on the market of foodstuffs.
