This Part specifies the general and detailed design requirements and criteria for vibration and aeroacoustic durability in the design and manufacture of military aircraft: a) control structural vibration; Fatigue failure of airframe structure or structural components; requirements to ensure aircrew efficiency and occupant comfort; d) specify vibration and aeroacoustic analysis, laboratory tests, ground tests, flight tests and structural tests required to verify compliance with design requirements; Engineering requirements for dynamic design. This part applies to the ordering, design and verification of various military aircraft (excluding helicopters), and is also one of the basis for signing contracts. For the specific model, it should be executed according to the terms of the contract.
