Scope: This standard specifies the determination of vitamin E in feed - high performance liquid chromatography. The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin E (dl—a-tocopherol) in compound feed, concentrated feed, compound premixed feed, and vitamin premixed feed, with a quantitative limit of 1 mg/kg. The second method of this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin E (dl-a-tocopheryl acetate) in vitamin premixed feed, and the limit of quantification is 20 mg/kg.
