Scope

This standard specifies the inspection methods for shellac products. This standard applies to shellac products such as granular shellac, shellac flakes, decolorized shellac flakes, dewaxed shellac flakes, decolorized and dewaxed shellac flakes, military shellac flakes, bleached shellac and refined bleached shellac.
