- This part stipulates the procedures, organization, content, evaluation requirements, scoring and evaluation methods for safety evaluation of machinery factories in the weapons industry. This section applies to firefighting operations in machinery manufacturing plants, optical instrument factories, gunpowder, explosives, high explosives, fuses and pyrotechnics production plants in the weapons industry (referring to gunpowder, explosives, ammunition, fuses, pyrotechnics, general warehouses and destruction site production line) and other production status safety assessment. It can be used as a reference when conducting project acceptance safety assessment.
