Scope

This part of "Resistance Heat Tracers for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres" provides guidance on the application of resistance heat tracing systems for potentially explosive gas atmospheres. ' This section provides recommendations for the design, installation and maintenance of resistive heat tracing equipment and associated control and monitoring devices. This part is a supplementary requirement to GB 19518.1.
