Scope: This standard specifies the technical conditions, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of steel hammers. This standard applies to steel hammers under general conditions. This standard applies to steel hammers that hammer objects with a hardness not greater than 46HRC. This standard does not apply to steel hammers with a hammer body weight of less than 100g.
