Scope
This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography-tandem method for the residues of amoxicillin, ampicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V, oxacillin, cloxacillin, nefcillin and dicloxacillin in milk and milk powder Mass spectrometry method. This standard applies to the determination and verification of amoxicillin, ampicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V, oxacillin, cloxacillin, nefcillin and dicloxacillin residues in milk and milk powder. The method detection limit of this standard: 1 μg/kg for ampicillin and nefcillin in milk; 2 μg/kg for amoxicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V, and cloxacillin; Penicillin is 4 μg/kg; ampicillin and nefcillin in milk powder are 8 μg/kg; amoxicillin, piperacillin, penicillin G, penicillin V and cloxacillin are 16 μg/kg; 32 μg/kg.
