Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of hand torque wrench. This standard applies to manual indicating torque wrenches and manual preset torque wrenches for screwing screws and nuts or other similar parts. Hereinafter referred to as torque wrench.
