Scope

This standard fixes the general method for determining the water vapor transmittance of thin sheet materials by dynamic air flow method or static gas method. This standard is applicable to the determination of materials with a thickness not exceeding 38 mm and a water vapor transmission rate within the range of 0.05 g/(㎡•d) to 65 g/(㎡•d).
