This standard provides guidance for the design, construction and operation of all land-based stationary LNG installations, including LNG liquefaction, storage, gasification, transshipment, and shipment installations. This standard applies to the following types of stations: Outlet terminal - the part between the designated gas inlet boundary and the loading manifold; Receiving station - the part between the unloading manifold and the designated gas outlet boundary; peak shaving station ——The part between the designated gas inlet boundary and the outlet boundary; LNG satellite stations with a total storage capacity of more than 200t, including the loading station to the designated gas outlet boundary. This standard does not apply to satellite stations with a total storage capacity of less than 200t. A brief description of the above stations can be found in Appendix C.
