Scope

This standard specifies the name, code and model of port handling machinery (hereinafter referred to as "port machinery"), the names, meanings and symbols of the basic parameters of port machinery, as well as the graphical symbols of commonly used components of port machinery. This standard applies to the naming and identification of port machinery, the determination of basic parameters, and the illustration of mechanical systems in various technical documents.
