- This standard specifies the preparation, equipment, method steps, evaluation acceptance and test report for helium leakage test of urea synthesis tower. This standard is applicable to the longitudinal and circumferential welds of the barrel lining of the urea synthesis tower in the urinary device, the splicing welds of the head lining, the fillet welds of the flange and the inlaid ring, and the connection between the flange cover and the inlaid ring and the cover plate. Inspection of welds, fillet welds of pipes and equipment linings for penetrating defects.
