Scope

This standard covers the identification and recommended testing methods of dimensional attributes of vascular prostheses relevant to clinical performance effectiveness. This standard also covers packaging and special marking of delivery systems during stent placement. This standard does not include requirements for use as angioplasty catheters. See standards YY 0285.1 and YY 0285.4.
