Scope

This standard stipulates the overall principles, processes and requirements for safety standardization carried out by hazardous chemicals industry units (hereinafter referred to as enterprises). This standard applies to enterprises that produce, use, and store hazardous chemicals and operating enterprises with hazardous chemical storage facilities within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
