Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements for dust explosion protection of grain processing, storage and transportation systems. This standard applies to the whole process of design, construction, production and management of new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects where grain dust explosive hazards occur or may occur during grain loading, unloading, transportation, storage and processing. This standard does not apply to oil extraction workshops and grain drying equipment.
