Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for process technology, facilities and equipment, installation and commissioning of bulk cement rural distribution stations. This standard applies to the design and construction of new, renovated, and expanded bulk cement rural distribution stations in rural areas other than towns and villages planned for urbanization at county and below levels.
