Scope
This standard specifies the veterinary hygiene standards that poultry meat production enterprises should follow in the process of slaughter, carcass segmentation, fresh meat storage and transportation. This standard applies to fresh poultry meat production enterprises, including slaughtering, cutting, freezing and refrigerating plants (workshops).
