Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for quick-frozen fruit and vegetable production enterprises to establish and implement a food safety management system, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability and withdrawal. This standard cooperates with GB/T 22000 to apply to quick-frozen fruit and vegetable production enterprises to establish, implement and self-evaluate their food safety management systems, and also applies to external evaluation and certification of food safety management systems for catering food providers. When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used together with GB/T 22000.
