Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for the catering industry to establish and implement a food safety management system, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability and withdrawal. This standard cooperates with GB/T 22000 to apply to the establishment, implementation and self-evaluation of its food safety management system in the catering industry, and also applies to the external evaluation and certification of the food safety management system of catering food providers. When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used together with GB/T 22000. See Appendix A for the correspondence between GB/T 22000 and this standard.
