Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for the establishment and implementation of a food safety management system for aquatic product processing enterprises, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability and withdrawal. This standard cooperates with GB/T 22000 to apply to aquatic product processing enterprises to establish, implement and self-evaluate their food safety management systems, and can also be used for external evaluation and certification of food safety management systems of such food production enterprises.
