This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of Gongfu black tea. This part applies to Gongfu black tea made from the buds, leaves and tender stems of tea trees through withering, rolling, fermentation, drying and refining processes.
