Scope
This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of black crushed tea. This part applies to the red crushed tea made from the buds, leaves and tender stems of the tea tree (Camellia sinensis LOkunts) through withering, kneading, fermenting and drying.
