Scope
This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, analysis procedures, calculation methods and precision for the determination of benzoyl peroxide content in wheat flour by high-school liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of benzoyl peroxide content in wheat flour. The minimum detection limit of this standard is 0.5mg/kg.
