Scope

This document applies to hose fittings with symmetrical half couplings (Guillemin system), with mobile lockingring, for hose assemblies with a maximum working pressure of up to !16"bar, with hose tails according toEN 14420-2 and clamp units according to EN 14420-3. Couplings in accordance withThis document serve aslink between hoses and connections to transport liquids, solids (e.g. powders, granules) except steam andliquid gas. It specifies dimensions, types of connections, quality of materials, marking requirements andtesting requirements. The working temperature range is ? 20 ℃ up to + 65 ℃.
