- This standard specifies the requirements, preparations, objects, procedures, result determination and disposal for the sanitary treatment of inbound and outbound human avian influenza-infected vehicles. This standard applies to the sanitary treatment of vehicles entering and leaving the country infected with human avian influenza. The sanitary treatment of vehicles suspected of being infected with human avian influenza can be implemented with reference to this standard.
