Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for welding materials, welders, preparation before welding, welding process, welding quality inspection and repair of welding defects, etc. for stainless steel clad steel plate welding. This standard applies to the welding of stainless steel clad steel plates with a total thickness of not less than 4 mm, with stainless steel as the cladding layer and carbon steel or low alloy steel as the base layer.
