Scope

This part of GB/T 7121 specifies the dynamic test methods and acceptance conditions for protective devices for agricultural and forestry wheeled tractors. The purpose of the protective device test is to minimize the possibility of driver injury caused by a rollover accident when the tractor is in normal operation. Test the strength of the protective device by simulating the load applied to the cab or safety frame when the tractor rolls backwards or sideways (except for hanging and falling). This test checks the strength of tractor guards and connecting brackets and those parts of the tractor that may be affected by the load applied to the loading device. This part applies to pneumatic tire tractors with at least two axles, the mass of which is 600kg to 6000kg, and the minimum wheelbase of the rear wheels should be greater than 1150mm.
