Scope

This standard specifies the general principles and implementation methods for judging and dealing with the upper outliers in samples of type I extreme value distribution and the lower outliers in samples of type I extreme value distribution. This standard applies to samples from Type I extreme value distribution or Type I extreme value distribution population. This standard applies to situations where the sample size is 5 to 50.
