- This standard specifies the method for the determination of icariin in health food. This standard applies to the determination of icariin in health food with Epimedium as the main raw material. The detection limit of this standard: when the sample volume is 1.0g, the volume is fixed to 50mL, and the injection volume is 10µL, the detection limit is 4×10-4g/100g, and the limit of quantification is 1.2×10- 3g/100g. The linear range of this standard: 2µg/mL～125µg/mL.
